Today, your tour guide will pick you up at the hotel, then head to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon in which admired by outdoor sports lover and photographers, it has verdant forests, breathtaking flying cliffs and serene lakes, we will take a cable car up to view this majestic and awe-inspiring scenery from the top in order to save more energy to explore other famous scenic spots. Then go to Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge to walk on the highest and longest bridge in the world. The bridge is transparent so that you can look down the bridge to get a thrilling and a lit bit fearsome experience. Besides, it also sets Bungee jumping activity if you want to venture. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, head to Ten-mile Gallery in Suoxiyu Scenic Area, it locates in the deep valley paving with stone pedestrian street and setting tourism train for tourists to appreciate beautiful scenery along sides, full of precipitous mountains and cliffs with different shapes, dense forests, cute monkeys, natural caves and bridges. After visited here, driver and tour guide would take you to local hotel.

Bailong Elevator, Hallelujah Mountain, No.1 Bridge under Heaven, Tianzi Mountain

After picking you up, then visit Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. Take the Bailong Elevator up to the top. Bailong Elevator is a transparent glass elevator built onto the side of a huge cliff reaching up to 326 meters. It was added into Guinness World Records because it’s the highest, fastest and heaviest outdoor elevator in the world. Then visit Hallelujah Mountain which is famous for inspiration place for blockbuster Avatar. Go to No.1 Bridge under Heaven, it has a natural slate between two separate peaks creating thrilling structure and it was regarded a world masterpiece with 350 meters high.

Eat a delicious lunch at a restaurant and then drive to Tianzi Mountain which named after the farmer Xiang Dakun of the Tujia ethnic group. There are four wonders: Sea of Clouds, Radiance of the Moonlight, Sunshine and the Snow-covered Peaks in Winter. It is a geological museum that illustrates how fantastic the earth can be. It boasts cloud-kissing mountains and rocky peaks in grotesque shapes. Creating a harmonious environment and stunning views by surrounding waterfalls, peaks, forests, caves. Then take a cable car down to the foot of the Tianzi Mountain to get a bird’s-eye view to appreciate beautiful landscapes. At last, send you back to the hotel.

Yes everything was spectacular and fascinating very professional and prompt services. There were beautiful places to explore and to see in the 4 hours that we had. The comfort and beauty of the China was incredible, The history, culture and way of life of the local people we bumped into during the layover was beyond our expectations. Hiking on the Great wall after driving through a small remote countryside was very relaxing and rejuvenating. It was the best trip ever to experience on a few hours.

We had not previously used a travel agency for touring. The crew including the driver and tour guide were really funny, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite having limited time we still had free time allowing for shopping and grabbing a meal and drinks. Highly recommend this layover in Beijing.

Well worth it! Jenny was really nice and incredibly helpful with the immigration process after airport personnel originally escorted to the wrong area and didn’t want to allow leaving the airport. She takes great photos! Beautiful views and fun to take the toboggan down. Wasn’t too crowded on this day - and definitely worth doing with a 7 hour layover. Nice car and driver too.
