Xian North railway station is a railway station on the Zhengxi Passenger Railway, Xibao Passenger Railway and Daxi Passenger Railway. The station is located in Weiyang District of Xian. It is some 10 km north of the city center and the Xian railway station.
The station has 34 platforms. It is the largest railway station in Northwest China. The station is connected to downtown Xian by Line 2 of Xian Metro at Bei Kezhan Station.
Xian North Railway Station is only for high-speed trains. It is the city's main bullet train station, and since it is linked to the Metro Line 2 that goes directly to the Bell Tower and other local highlights, you can use this station to fairly quickly and efficiently visit highlights from most major cities in China.
