Kau Kee is a beef brisket legend and has been running the beef brisket game for nearly an entire century. Famous patrons include Chief Executive of Hong Kong Donald Tsang and actor Tony Leung Chiu Wai. It is unique compared with other noodle shops in that it only serves beef brisket in clear soup and curry beef brisket, and does not serve fish balls, beef balls and other dishes usually associated with noodle shops.
　　Beef brisket soup with noodles is essentially braised or stewed beef brisket served on top of noodles submerged in a steaming hot flavorful broth. Sirloin is the belly part of cow, it is surrounded by fascia. It has special effect on maintain beauty and keep young. It is the classic Cantonese food materials and one of the typical snacks in Hongkong. The authentic beef brisket soup with noodles must put the sirloin and bone together in the pot and boil for a few hours. This way can make the sirloin tender and tasty, make the essence dissolve in the soup at the same time. Beef brisket in clear soup also adds white radish in it, so that the soup is more delicious and refreshing.
　　Shop hours: Monday to Saturday 12:30-22:30, It is not open on Sunday and public holidays. Because the restaurant needs to buy the fresh sirloin every morning and boil for a few hours, so it is open at 12:30. As there are many people eat at the restaurant so there is no take out before three pm. You can only pay cash in the restaurant.
