Day 1 Arrival in Sanya

Upon arrival at Sanya Pheonix International Airport. You will be welcomingly greeted by your friendly tour guide and driver then be escorted to hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to relax.

Yalong Bay

After breakfast, you’ll be guided to Yalong Bay. It is a half-moon bay in the south end of Hainan and regarded as the No. 1 Bay in China. Enjoy the blue sky, fresh sea air, warm sunshine and soft sand there. Take part in diving if you would like to try(at your own cost) and enjoy the colorful coral and tropical fishes under the sea. The meal will be served in the local restaurant. In the late afternoon, you’ll be taken back to the hotel.

Kindly Note: Please bring sunglasses, hat, umbrella, expelling parasite product.

If you would like to dive, please bring your swimming suit and slippers etc.

Nanshan Temple, Sanya Tianya Haijiao, Luhuitou Park

Your friendly tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel then head to the west to Nanshan Temple. You will get to know Buddhism culture and marvel at the giant sea-side statue of Kwan-yin which stands 108 meters high which is currently the third tallest statue in the world. After enjoying tasty lunch, drive to Tianya Haijiao (End of the World), a romantic and beautiful scenic spot facing the sea that is a perfect palette of nature mixing the color of white sand, the turquoise colored sea, deep blue sky and lush green hills. Hear the moving love story from your tour guide. At last, hike up to the top of Luhuitou Park, and you will enjoy the beautiful sunset and the whole city view there. Return to the hotel after visiting.

Li and Miao Minority Village

In the morning, your professional driver and guide pick you up from the hotel then head to Li and Miao Minority Village(around 1 hour). After arrival, watch local beautiful ladies singing and dancing, join in the bamboo dance and get to know interesting drill wood to make fire etc. Enjoy the amazing tropical rain forest that filled with coconut palm and areca-nut trees etc. In the noon, taste unique local five-color sticky rice for lunch. Continue exploring the local culture and customs by visiting the traditional Li Silk spinning, mysterious facial tattoo in the museum. At last, return to the hotel.

Yes everything was spectacular and fascinating very professional and prompt services. There were beautiful places to explore and to see in the 4 hours that we had. The comfort and beauty of the China was incredible, The history, culture and way of life of the local people we bumped into during the layover was beyond our expectations. Hiking on the Great wall after driving through a small remote countryside was very relaxing and rejuvenating. It was the best trip ever to experience on a few hours.

We had not previously used a travel agency for touring. The crew including the driver and tour guide were really funny, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite having limited time we still had free time allowing for shopping and grabbing a meal and drinks. Highly recommend this layover in Beijing.

Well worth it! Jenny was really nice and incredibly helpful with the immigration process after airport personnel originally escorted to the wrong area and didn’t want to allow leaving the airport. She takes great photos! Beautiful views and fun to take the toboggan down. Wasn’t too crowded on this day - and definitely worth doing with a 7 hour layover. Nice car and driver too.

He speaks good English and very patient. He knows his stuff. I visited West Lake , Buddhist temple and the Pagoda. An additional transfer fee will be incurred if your hotel is outside the above mentioned area. If your hotel is located in a narrow lane or an apartment block, we suggest you find the nearest hotel on the main street as your pick-up point.
