Day 1 Guiyang-Bijie by Private Vehicle

Hundred Miles Cuckoo Scenic Spot, Zhijin Cave

You will be picked up at the downtown hotel in Guiyang then transfer to Hundred Miles Cuckoo Scenic Spot(2hrs), there are dozens of Cuckoo types growing on the 50-kilometer-long hill, travelers even see the different type of Cuckoo flowers blooming in one tree. Field of Cuckoo flowers weaving in the breeze, enjoy white, pink, red, yellow, purple, green flowers as hiking to the top. Upon arrival, snap the beautiful picture of Hundred Miles Cuckoo. After enjoying the delicious lunch at a local restaurant, head to Zhijin Cave(1.5hrs). It is regarded as the most beautiful and unique caves in China even listed as UNESCO World Geopark in 2015. Entering inside of the cave, continuous stalagmite, stone pillars, clint pop in the front of your eyes, enjoy the various unique shapes of the stalagmites, it looks like a fantasy world in the myth with the colorful neon lights decorated. Day 2 Bijie-Anshun by Private Vehicle

After breakfast, drive to Dragon Palace(1.5hrs), a magnificent underground karst cave where combines beautiful lake, waterfalls and stalactites, gorges, cliffs, stone forest etc. Inside the cave, pay a visit of the biggest temple in the cave in China-Dragon Palace Guanyin Cave and enjoy the whirling water at the pond. In the spring, the field of the rape flowers bloom, making this place more beautiful. After enjoying delicious local lunch, head to Denon Tunpu(1h) where stone buildings are solid after hundreds of years which made of glutinous rice flour, lime and clay. Besides, you will enjoy the traditional clothes and local drama-Nuo Xi, also called Ghost Opera or Ground Opera, and it’s a traditional dance for entertaining deity and expelling ghosts. When playing the drama, the actors will wear a colorful mask, it's quite interesting. At last, check in a hotel in Anshun.

Yes everything was spectacular and fascinating very professional and prompt services. There were beautiful places to explore and to see in the 4 hours that we had. The comfort and beauty of the China was incredible, The history, culture and way of life of the local people we bumped into during the layover was beyond our expectations. Hiking on the Great wall after driving through a small remote countryside was very relaxing and rejuvenating. It was the best trip ever to experience on a few hours.

We had not previously used a travel agency for touring. The crew including the driver and tour guide were really funny, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite having limited time we still had free time allowing for shopping and grabbing a meal and drinks. Highly recommend this layover in Beijing.

Well worth it! Jenny was really nice and incredibly helpful with the immigration process after airport personnel originally escorted to the wrong area and didn’t want to allow leaving the airport.
