During the day (06:30-23:00): the starting price is 9 yuan, and after 2km, it is 1.9 yuan/km;
At night (23:00-06:30): The starting price is 11 yuan, and after 2km, it is 2 yuan/km. You need to add 1 yuan for fuel charge.
