Hot pot, and the less common Chinese fondue, refer to several East Asian varieties of stew, is ke consisting of a simmering metal pot of stock at the center of the dining table. While the hot pot .is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, wontons, egg dumplings, and seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping sauce. In many areas, hot pot meals are often eaten inn the winter.

       The Chinese hot pot boasts a history of more than 1,000 years.While often called "Mongolian hot pot", it is unclear if the dish actuall originated in Mongolia. Mongol warriors had been known to cook with their helmets, which they used to boil food, but due to the complexity and specialization of the utensils and the method of eating, hot pot cooking is much better suited to a sedentary culture. A nomadic household will avoid such highly specialized tools to save volume and weight during migration. Both the preparation method and the required equipment are unknown in the cuisine of Mongolia of today.
　　Hot pot cooking seems to have spread to northern China during the Tang Dynasty (AD 618-906). In time, regional variations developed with different ingredients such as seafood. By Qing Dynasty, hot pot had become popular throughout most of China. Today in many modern homes, particularly in big cities, the traditional coal-heated hot pot has been replaced by electric,gas or electromagnetic cooker versions.
　　Because hot pot styles change so much from region to region, many different ingredients are used.

They think that women share some common features with moonlight. Using abstract body language, they express their parallel sentiments with the help of her imagination.Swaying one's hair has become a common gesture in their daily lives. Gradually, the custom has become a dance form expressing the women's strong inner sentiments and to symbolize fire.

　　It is not only a surprise for Yunnan but also attract the people from all over the world.These people includes Singapore's prime minister, deputy prime minister of Laos, deputy prime minister of Burma, as well as many cultural celebrities, they all give the Dynamic Yunnan of the high evaluation.Now the show use the name”Looking for Shangri-la”to enter the international cultural market, held more than 160 performances in the United States and more than a dozen countries.

　　The large derivative ecological singing and dancing set “The Sound Of Yunnan”, is the sister of the original singing and dancing set “Dynamic Yunnan”. The show was premiered on May 7, 2009 in Kunming.From May 2016,“The Sound Of Yunnan” daily shows at Lijiang Yunling theater.

　　The show is created by Yang Liping, a famous dance artist. It is an understatement to say she is the reigning queen of dance in China, a gift from God to the land of Yunnan. The Sound Of Yunnan is the most ancient sound,is the sound of nature. The Sound Of Yunnan is the sound of river flowing, the sound of river swelling. It is also the sound of wind, thunder, lightning, insects and birds, chicken and dog. As Yunnan folk saying goes: every leaf in Yunnan will dance, every stone in Yunnan will sing, even the sound of the wings of the butterfly is the rhythm. The Sound Of Yunnan is the sound made by people who live in the nature.In Yunnan,people will sing when birth,become old,get sick,death,even in the lawsuit. The Sound Of Yunnan is not just for the eye, but also for the ear. It use the world's most primitive percussion instruments including bowls, bamboos, bells and drums of all sizes.

　　In the chapter “Fetal tone”,use the bowl as a kind of musical instrument. This is a kind of initiative. It is because the sound of the bowl is the resonance of the heart and heart. It is the fetal tone of every new life in the womb.In the chapter “Give a birth”, They use a unique percussion instrument in Yunnan,when a woman gives birth, villagers come together and play the drum to help her. In the chapter "Sun Shower", a group of young women use round bamboo sieves to winnow grains. The sounds of a drizzle and then of a shower are produced by sifting. “Tigers and Tigresses” are childishly playful. The “Strange Birds” offers plenty of laughter besides imaginative ways to recreate sounds. Another chapter shows that many instruments are readily fabricated on the side of the field with improvisation. Roots, stems, branches, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds of plant and even sickle hoes, pots and pans, water tankers, who can make a sound are likely to become instruments. Then the show reproduces the scene of Tea Horse Road. “Drunken Drums” brings the performance to a rousing crescendo, reminds one of drunken fist, the kungfu move popularized by Jackie Chan.

　　Speaking of the dancers, unlike professional performers who inhabit the parts at best, these young men and women live the parts. They were plucked from mountains and rice fields. When they dance, it's not part of their job, but part of their lives. They are living out their dreams and joys and frustrations right there on the stage. The raw energy they exude is so infectious you cannot but become part of them.

　　First, Lugu Daughter’s Country: by the quiet and beautiful Lugu Lake, there is a mythical daughter’s kingdom, a paradise, the local residents Mosuo is one branch of Ethnic Naxi, is the only clan for Maternal relationship, until now still maintain walking marriage custom of “man never married and women never married too”.

　　Second, Mufu brilliance: Lijiang boom on business by “tea and horse trading”. During 471 years reign of Mufu, it maintained a good relationship with ethnics including Burma, Nepal and India. Thus Lijiang became hub of economic and culture of west-south of China. In 1382, in order to honor Lijiang Tusi for his loyal to emperor and nation, working hard, Lijiang Tusi was entitled as family name “Mu” by government of Ming Dynasty. 　　Chinese Acrobatics is one of the oldest performing arts. Its history can be traced back to Neolithic times. It is believed that acrobatics grew out of labor and self-defense skills, which people practiced and demonstrated during their leisure time. The early performance is "walking on three-meter-high stilts while juggling seven gaggers". Then it developed into an entire art formTogether with the developing economy, acrobatics is also evolving into a kind of performing art. It became well known worldwide while performances are presented along the Silk Road. In Europe and North America, Chinese acrobatic performances always attract large audiences.

　　Many acrobatic shows come from the art performance of living skills and labor skills. Acrobatic show has a history of over 2000 years in China. It is named as “Baixi” in Han dynasty, “sanle” in Sui and Tang Dynasty, named as Acrobatic after Tang and Song dynasty in order to differentiate from acts in other forms.

　　There are nine specialties in acrobatic.

　　Acrobatic pays lot of attentions on leg and waist training. Since ancient, Chinese acrobat focus on the position “top”. There are many “Stand on one’s head”, and “somersault” depicted in ancient fresco and earthenwares. For Chinese acrobatic, including actor of ancient show, he should has very deep Kung Fu foundation.

　　“Stable” out of “steep” while “move” is out of “stable” are both for showing a very quiet and accurate hard skill. Such as walking on the steel rod which require all actions for stable. The moving bench and ladder, one after another, but needs the man on the top find the stable from the move and it require a stable head, super skill, and hard training . It shows fully the super skill of our mankind conquering danger and difficulties.

　　“Unique” is out of the “usual”. From none to everything, it fully shows our mankind creating the world. Different from western magic, which focus on colorful stage property, Chinese magic only needs very simple property. From cuisine to fish and bird alive, a simple long sleeve gown can turn out everything. Or one somersault can turn into a firing bronze basin or another one for a fish bowl with water and fish.

　　Hard and soft Kung Fu combines. Kicking is mostly acted by women. The actor lies and kick thing including wine jar, colorful bowl, clock, tables, ladder, wooden pole, wooden plate, drum and bell,  from weightless umbrella to heavy living persons. Things kicked is rotating quickly, jumping back and forth. From the smooth vase to heavy wooden desk, everything is kicked so quickly only for image, not for picture.

　　Super power and Nimble dexterous somersault combines. According to history record, the seat for human pyramid is quite amazing. Previously history record, 18 men seats on one man while 6 men seats on one man both appeared. Over a thousand jin including eight men seats on one man fully show the program well. The traditional “ Pulling the bow” and “playing with knife” are both heavy-loaded hard Kung Fu.

　　There are a great amount of living utensils and labor instruments used in the acrobatic show including bowl, plate, altar, handleless cup, rod, whip, fork, pole, ladder, desk, chair, umbrella and cap. Those normal things is changeable in the hands of acrobatic, fully exhibited a close tie between labor life with Chinese acrobatic show.

　　Simple arts and body arts combine. “playing fun with altar”, “rotating plate” combine both Porcelain painting with traditional Chinese acrobatic. In the kicking show, the colorful umbrella and colorful peddle the same offer feeling of ancient aesthetics.
