Day 1 Beijing
Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace
Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in the morning. You visit Tiananmen Square, a large city square in the center of Beijing. After that proceed to the Forbidden City to discover the mysterious life of the concubines and eunuchs hidden behind the imperial palace. Enjoy local cuisine food after you visited a silk factory, then see yet another of UNESCO's heritage at the Temple of Heaven, built in 1420 as a place for worship. Afterwards visit a pearl factory then go to the eminent Summer Palace, initially a summer retreat for emperors.
Note: A passport or ID card is mandatory for visiting the Forbidden City.

Day 2 Beijing
Mutianyu Great Wall, Ming Tombs (Dingling), Olympic Center
Today head to the Mutianyu Great Wall, it is like a winding dragon on the top of mountains. After the hike, get to visit a jade factory where you'll be served with scrumptious Chinese lunch then visit the Ming Tombs (Dingling). This mausoleum exhibits the underground palace buried the Emperor Zhu Yijun and his two wives.
On the way back to the city, you'll pay a visit to the exterior of the Olympic Center after stopping in the tea house to taste some fresh tea and watch tea ceremony.

Day 3 Beijng-Shanghia by Bullet Train
Bund, Huangpu River Cruise
In the morning, catch a bullet train to Shanghai. Upon arrival, the tour guide and driver in Shanghai will pick you up from the railway station and send you to the hotel for checking in. You are first arranged to have a short walk along the Bund before you embark cruise on the Huangpu River passing through the architectural complexes on the west bank of the Huangpu River and Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jinmao Tower, World Financial Center and more skylines at Lujiazui in Pudong on the east bank of Huangpu River.

Be picked up and driven to People's Square to visit Shanghai Museum which is a national treasure housing over 112,000 Chinese cultural relics from the Old Stone Age to modern times. Continue to Yu Garden, the quaint and classic garden in Shanghai, then sightsee City God Temple Bazaar and enjoy delicious lunch. After that, grab the opportunity of elevating to the 88-storey Observation Deck of Jinmao Tower to have an aerial view of Huangpu River. At last, have leisure time to enjoy high skyscrapers on the new development zone in Pudong-Lujiazui.

Day 5 Shanghai
Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, Nanjing Road
You will be picked up by the driver and tour guide from your hotel in the morning. After 1-hour drive, you will arrive at the 400-year old Zhujiajiao Water Town which is renowned as the "Venice of Shanghai". The local living quarters are all built along the waterway, with distinguishing features of Ming and Qing dynasty. After lunch, go back to the downtown area to enjoy shopping paradise for fashion seekers-Nanjing Road. At last, you'll be sent back to the hotel.
